Red Roof Inn Dallas - DFW Airport North

The bed huge disappointment. Dog friendly very important to me. Rooms are good size. It's been quiet. I will try to extend my stay .

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. It was the smallest room I've ever had, but the room, although needing an update, was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I know it sounds like an interesting interview to have high stars. I originally stayed here about a year ago… maintenance is always on point! Especially John! Help me out so much with my TV and help me out while I was there with any kind of concern. While Tim either didn’t show, didn’t care, or gave it to John. I don’t mean to be too honest , but John deserves a raise because he really does do his best. The rooms are good - I like the space in their biggest room the most. I’m not gonna lie cleaning. Staff do do their best and if you ever need anything, they may not know English, but if you pointed it, they will give it to you and help you with getting new towels, sheets, and toilet paper. Also, I cannot forget I love front staff! I’ve always had positive experiences with them well except one, but I don’t remember his name because I purposely avoided going up there when he was there. But I believe he only worked nights at the time I very rarely saw during the day. But both the girl and the guys that work during the day are sweet, attentive, good at listening and responding, and an excellent help when I was at a time of need. Also, you can sign up for rewards and you can get really good rewards through them compared to most hotels. I like that is next to a gas station. And it’s right next to Las Colinas, which is a wonderful area. You have everything here you could ask for. Hope this helps!

Staff was nice and helpful, the room I got did not smell of cigarettes or mildew as I read in other reviews. This is split into 2 building we stayed in the second building. The room is small, the bed is comfy, the room was clean. Ac worked great, and no bugs! Overall had a great experience. The toilet did make a noise when it flushed but if that’s the worst thing, I didn’t mind. It is in a quiet area.

We have stayed here at RED ROOF DFW NORTH many times over the years and have not experienced the same negative review items that some other reviews have posted. Keeping personal emotions out of honest reviews is essential. To date the management and staff of this hotel do a great job going above and beyond what is needed. Kudos to the management, front desk personnel, house keeping and maintenance staff, as they all deserve good recognition for services/ jobs well done. Thankyou to all.

The rooms are pretty nice actually very comfy. The staff here is amazing I've been staying on and off here for awhile and I've never had an issue. The cleaning staff as well is very friendly! Quiet property. Would recommend staying here!

A great experience. Nice bed and room. Desk clerk scheduled our taxi for 2:45 so easy peasy.

Budget minded Airport hotels can be a gamble. I found the Red Roof to be just fine for what it is. Foremost- the room was clean- hard floors that didn't leave my socks dirty after walking around. The building is older but had a fresh coat of paint and all the furniture was clean and dust-free. My room did have a faint musty odor but it seemed to dissipate after the ac ran for a while, and was never terribly objectionable. Microwave and fridge were clean. The folks at the front desk were friendly and efficient at check in and check out. The only real downside that i noted is that the shuttle is shared between several properties and it made several stops at different terminals and properties before drop off. Not terrible. Just plan accordingly. Is it the Hilton? Nope. But I wasn't expecting that. For that matter, I've stayed "nicer" brands that had much worse rooms. It's a solid, basic, clean room at a good price near the airport. No complaints, will return again. Good spot for airline crew.
